COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICERS: EXPERIENCED AND NON-EXPERIENCED (USA)

DUTIES: Generate commercial business loans with local businesses/companies. NO SELLING INVOLVED!!!

REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to follow simple instructions, able to make copies of the flyers and give them to businesses. Able to complete the minimum of 3-5 completed transactions per month.

PAYSCALE: You are paid 20-95% of the points collected from each loan you submitted that gets processed (depending on your experience). 100% commissions are available for experienced Senior Loan Officers/Brokers, For full-time Loan Officers, salary ranges from $85,000 to $250,000+ per year. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES: VERY HIGH PAYING OPPORTUNITY

DUTIES: Bring in new Loan Officer & Broker accounts for the company and maintain/manage the individuals that you brought on-board creating & growing a positive group.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be a self-starter and determine. Must be able to bring a new account in at least once a week but average is about 3 a week.

PAYSCALE: You are paid 10% basis points of a point from each file that closes from your group. 

CALCULATIONS: You brought on-board 5 Loan Officers. They each get a file that has a loan amount of $500,000. We funded all loans and your compensation would be $2,500

MORTGAGE GENERATOR: (USA)

DUTIES: Generate mortgage leads by advertising online & offline. Step by step instructions will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to follow our simple instructions and must be able to be a SELF STARTER!!!

PAYSCALE: For a valid lead, you are paid $10 and when that valid lead close, you are paid $240. That's a total of $250 for each lead. This is the highest pay for a lead!!! Additional bonus pays are available. APPLICATION
