COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICERS:  (WORLDWIDE)

 

DUTIES: Generate commercial business loans with local businesses/companies. NO SELLING INVOLVED!!!

REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to submit your Scenarios online and work independently without Training. Able to submit the minimum of 4 transactions per month. (NOTE: If you are not experienced, the PayScale will be different as you'll need Training)

PAYSCALE: For every Scenario you submit, you have an option to charge up to 3 points on each file as long as it does not kill the deal. THERE ARE NO SPLITS! You'll receive 100% commissions. REGISTER TODAY   to start submitting your Scenarios!

 

 

 

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES: VERY HIGH PAYING OPPORTUNITY

DUTIES: Bring in new Loan Officer, Brokers and Realtors (Hires)  that has loans & needs funding, maintain/manage the Hires that you bring on-board creating & growing a positive group.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be a self-starter and determine. Must be experienced as this is a High Paying Opportunity. Must maintain a minimum of 10 Active Hires in your group. An active Hire must submit a minimum of 4 loans per month & close at least 1 of the 4.

PAYSCALE: As an AE, you are paid 3 ways.

• From your Group: You are paid 0.10% - 0.50% of a point from each file that closes from your group. This is based on the loan Size ($1M to $50B+)

 

• Your Direct Clients: You can charge up to 3 points on each file as long it does not kill the deal, NO SPLITS, you get 100% commission!

 

• Leads from PhoneOps: You are paid 0.05% - 0.25% from each file that closes from the Hire or Direct Client we give you.

 

Every Client & Loan Officer that submits a file have to be assigned to a AE or EO so once you and/or your group show performance, we'll add you to the rotation of getting leads from us. This is a very serious and exciting career as payment is high and the job duties are very easy. APPLICATION
