PhoneOps Management Inc. is a direct Investment firm that funds NATIONWIDE. We are a huge team of Investors and we have our own money to fund. We do our own underwriting and we get to decide if we want to do the deal or not. We help individuals, companies, Loan Officers & Brokers regardless of bad or no credit. Our direct max loan term is 1-5 years with a balloon payment but some of our Investors on our team offer up to a 30-year term.

We help people with any FICO score, minimum loan amount is $10,000, max loan amount is $500 Million. Even though we specialize in Hard Money, Rehab, Commercial, Mix Use, Investment, Construction, Land, Lines of Credit, Business & Personal Loans, we also do Residential Conventional, FHA & VA. We really do not care what type of property it is, if it's a good deal with good equity and the client has a well thought out exit strategy, we'll look at it and close it.

We work with STATED and FULL DOC but of course, we offer better rates if it's FULL DOC. All Jumbo loans are FULL DOC and at times, there are many Investors investing in one file instead of 1 or 2. PhoneOps Funding Co. is the Mortgage Division/Department of PhoneOps Management Inc.

PhoneOps Management Inc. has an "On-Site Staff" Conveyancing department that will speed up the process, order & collect all that is needed while you sit back and wait for settlement. Our Conveyancing department have many years experience and work overtime to get you to the settlement table.

We work with loans from $5 Thousand to $500 Million.
